Hello Freedom Friends!
I’m scheduled for another court appearance on Weds., 9am, Feb. 23 at the Santa Cruz Courthouse, 701 Ocean St. Dept. 6, Santa Cruz, CA.
You’re invited to come to court with us as we face the injustices Bryan Pearson and Jeffrey Rosell are perpetuating on the people of Santa Cruz, whom they swore to protect, including me.
I’m being charged with 2 felonies, even though I didn’t initiate harm against anyone or their property.
This is a political attack on me because I stand up for freedom of choice and equality for all.
I submitted a Challenge of Jurisdiction on Dec. 21 and the Assistant District Attorney (ADA) was ordered to respond by Feb. 9, as ordered by the Honorable Judge Paul Burdick.
Mr. Bryan Pearson, the ADA, did not prove his jurisdiction, nor did the District Attorney, Mr. Jeffrey Rosell.
“Once jurisdiction is challenged, the court cannot proceed when it clearly appears that the court lacks jurisdiction, the court has no authority to reach merits, but rather, should dismiss the action.” Melo v. US, 505 F2d 1026
Furthermore, I was physically assaulted with tear gas on 3/7/21 in Santa Cruz. When I asked the District Attorney to help me get justice by filing charges against the aggressor, the DA didn’t file one charge. And DA’s office won’t even share the public records about this assault on me.
Why didn’t they charge this guy for being a real criminal? He initiated harm against me.
Could it be that I am the victim of government violence simply because I peacefully exercise my natural rights, like shopping in a grocery store and sitting around beach bonfires?
Could it be that government is based on coercion and the free world that is emerging is based on consent?
These are easy questions to answer, if one doesn’t have a political agenda.
If you’re going to show up at court with me on Feb. 23, feel free to come around 8:40am and we can circle up to send peace and love to these people who harm peaceful people for a paycheck. We will face the darkness with compassion and open hearts.
We all are being called to rise up and do what we believe is good and right. Let’s go!
Thank you for all of your loving support!
